This broccoli, bacon and Stonebarn Truffle Aioli salad is the perfect truffle dish to bring along to a picnic or bbq gathering. Surprise your diners with this truffle twist on a broccoli salad.

2 rashers of bacon
1 handful of cashew nuts
2 jars Stonebarn Truffle Aioli
- Cook the bacon in a frying pan and leave to cool.
- Chop the onion and broccoli and peel and grate the carrots.
- Once the bacon is cool, chop into 1 inch pieces and combine and mix with the onion, broccoli, carrots, cashew nuts, Stonebarn Truffle Aioli and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Transfer the salad to a serving platter or bowl and enjoy!
