This broccoli, bacon and Stonebarn Truffle Aioli salad is the perfect truffle dish to bring along to a picnic or bbq gathering. Surprise your diners with this truffle twist on a broccoli salad.

Servings: 4 

Ingredients:
2 rashers of bacon
1 onion
1 broccoli
2 carrots
1 handful of cashew nuts
2 jars Stonebarn Truffle Aioli
½ lemon

Instructions:

  1. Cook the bacon in a frying pan and leave to cool.
  2. Chop the onion and broccoli and peel and grate the carrots.
  3. Once the bacon is cool, chop into 1 inch pieces and combine and mix with the onion, broccoli, carrots, cashew nuts, Stonebarn Truffle Aioli and lemon juice in a bowl.
  4. Transfer the salad to a serving platter or bowl and enjoy!
